Commercial & Admin Officer

Responsibilities
1. Directly report to Indonesia MD and functionally to AP Accountant
2. Generating, assigning and delivery of commercial invoice
3. Managing collections activities
4. Supporting the issuance & traffic of local documentation support (eg: WT Certificates)
5. Managing local Supply chain activities and other documents or certificates for local approval

Requirements
1. Degree in Accounting/ Finance from a reputable university
2. Posses 2 hand-on year experience in invoicing, collections and financial documentations
3. Good interpersonal skill, target oriented, ability to work under minimum supervision
4. Written & spoken English
5. Computer literate, good command in excel and computerized accounting system
