Job Duties
- Develop Recruitment process and tools to manage impression of the candidates
- Manage manpower retention and attract candidates to join the company organization team with competitive compensation and career path
- Manage administrative aspect such as monthly and weekly structure report
Qualification
- Male, Max 35 Years old
- Bachelor of Psychology
- Minimum 4 Years experiences in the same position
- Strong Knowledge of various psychology assessment tools (administrating, scoring, interpreting) and recruitment sourcing method
- Good English communication skill both in oral and written
- Computer literate and its related software
- Strong Personal skill in planning and organizing
- Willing to work in Medan
