OPERATION MANAGER

Applications are invited from candidates with the fllowing requirements:

  1. 3-5 years of operational(purchasing,logistics,machine shop,QA and warehousing) experience in a managerial position in the oil & Gas,petrochemicals and Pulp and paperindutries
  2. A bachelor Degree in mechanical Engineering or other technical subject
  3. Experience in rotating equpment or mechanical seal is preferred
  4. Strong command of both written and spoken English
  5. Computer proficienncy is required
  6. Willing to travel throughout indonesia and occasionally overseas

The incumbent will take charge of the purchasing, logistics, workshop and warehouse functions. He will also oversee sale order processing and ensure effective administration of  costumer orders, and liaise with singapore for Engineering drawings needs. He is also expected to provide support to sales tiem in areas of service and on-time delivery, and play a key role in the meeting of  financial objectives.As the company is moving toward ISO accreditation,the successful candidate is required to implemment procedures and work towards certification in one year’s time.
