1. maintain servers in-house
2. maintain desktop computers in-house
3. oversight of external hosted server installations
4. maintain software patches and manage upgrades
5. manage deployments to internal and external servers

Personal Assistant to General Manager (Bali, Surabaya)

The successful candidate must be confident, experienced and independant and will be expected to keep in touch with clients by telephone, email and fax. Knowledge of the IT industry will be an advantage but not essential. Marketing skills must be sharp and you must have the ability to turn contacts to sales.

Responsibilities:

  • You will provide the daily operational assistance to the General Manager based in Bali.
  • This include meetings and support to the businesses.
  • Managing incoming & outgoing GM’s telephone calls and messages
  • Manage the day-to-day activities of the GM including email and meeting arrangements
  • Prepare correspondence and take meeting minutes
  • Compile data and collate relevant information for the GM
  • Prepare reports, documents and presentation materials to be used by the GM
  • Arrange internal and external meetings
  • Handle all correspondences with a high degree of independence, judgment and discretion
  • Preparation of agenda, minutes and materials of internal coordination meetings, report, presentation slides and other related correspondences
  • Produces general correspondence, memos, presentations, reports and correspondence of a highly confidential nature
