CUSTOMER SERVICE (CS)
Reporting to ADC Supervisor, she will be responsible to give excellent & professional service to customer in accordance to the quality customer service guidance, provide information and coordinate with related section to achieve customer expectation and satisfaction.
Qualification:
1. Female, maximum 30 years old
2. Minimum Diploma with more than 2 years experience in dealing with customers
3. Service Excellence
4. Willing to be located in Serpong
General requirements:
1. Positive Attitude
2. Must be familiar with Microsoft Office Software and lotus notes
3. Proficient in English (oral & written)
4. Excellent Interpersonal skill and Communication skill
