Marketing Assistant

Responsibilities
1.  Reporting to the Marketing & Sales Director
2. Customer support:
- Handling customer enquiries, customer complaints
- Compiling order confirmations, providing status updates on orders
- Compiling of various sales documentations such as shipment information, analysis certificate and insurance certificate

3. Marketing support:
- Organizing all necessary aspects to exhibit at industry trade shows, including preparation of the booth and marketing materials
- Support development of marketing material (brochures etc.)

4. Updating price lists and maintaining the customer database
5. Conducting sales analysis and drafting of sales reports

Requirement:
1. Minimum 3 years experience in similar position
2. Minimum Degree, preferably in Business Administration/ Marketing
3. Must be computer literate with advanced knowledge of MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
4. Fluent in English, both spoken and written
5. Knowledge on import and export procedure is an advantage
6. Customer-oriented with ability to work with initiative and under pressure
7. Positive attitudes and ability to accept challenges

Responsibilities:

  1. Ensuring timely recording and proper reporting and analysis of fixed assets and spare parts inventory including tracking and analysis of capital spending and depreciation charge.
  2. Reviewing and controlling of actual capital expenditures vs budget.
  3. Reconciling subsidiary ledger of fixed assets and spare parts accounts versus General Ledger and recommends any adjustment/correcting entry, thereof.
  4. Collating, maintaining and analysing actual overhead versus budget.
  5. Providing support in the preparation and development of the manufacturing unit’s business plans for capital expenditures and overhead  (Original Budget, Strategic Plan, and related updates) under the direction of the Plant Controller.

Requirements:

  1. Degree in Business or Finance, preferably MBA graduate or with MBA units.
  2. Preferably, Certified Public Accountant (CPA)
  3. Formal accounting qualification, with at least 2 years relevant experience in fixed assets administration.
  4. Demonstrates ability to work effectively across different levels of the organization.
  5. Computer literate / adept in MS Windows and AS/400.
  6. Good oral and written communication skills.
  7. To be placed at Bandung Plant.
  8. Contract based only.
