We also the exclusive agent of famous designer’s furniture from Finland with its sofa system, chair system, auditorium chair & public seating that used in hotel, café, restaurant, bar, food court, school, university, building, & other public area.
The Store concept is as integrated office furniture provider for direct customers, contractors, interior designers and architect both for local and imported furniture. So it will cover Retail Sales and Project Sales in the same store concept. In the future it will cover residential furniture as well and do it your self products.
In that regard we need candidates with experience back ground in Office, Residential & DIY Products with Project Sales & Marketing experience and Big Retail Store experience including in Supermarket or Department Store experience.

We require candidates for these below positions as follow:
Project Sales & Marketing Manager/Big Retail Furniture + DIY Store Manager/Sales Executive
Position Summary:
- To develop and execute Sales Plan and Business Plan with the ultimate end objective of securing customer orders for Office System Furniture, Other Interior System Products, Residential Furniture and DIY Products.
- Position reports directly to Director.
Principal Accountabilities:
- Achieve the targeted annual sales and market share objectives of the business set by Management.
- Develop and maintain of customer relationship.
- Assist in developing aggressive andcreative strategies, which not only achieve sales objectives but also increase market perception and awareness of company products, services and brands with a network of Interior Contractors and Interior Consultants.
- Assist in monitoring competitive activities.
Minimum Requirements:
- Manager & Supervisor with Bachelor’s degree in any major or at least in the same Project Furniture Sales Field or Other Interior and Architecture Products experiences.
- Sales Executive with no experience is still considerable and the training will be given, preferably that has at least 2 years experience in the Project Sales field.
- Have extensive and proven networking amongst Contractors and Interior Consultants.
- Have excellent communication, presentation, negotiation skills and preparation of proposal (able to understand and present the products).
- Dynamic and sales driven individual, work on own initiative and with minimum supervision.
- Hands-on type of person with a sound business and technical understanding of office furniture system.
- Fluency in English would be an advantage.
- Have own vehicle.
