LEARNING & DEVELOPMENT OFFICER

Department: Human Resources
Report to: Manpower Planning & Development Manager
# of required personnel : 1 (one) person.

Key Responsibilities:
Reporting to the Manpower Planning &Development Manager, the incumbent will be supporting the learning plan, people development and training administration in a timely manner. Incumbentis also responsible in operating and maintaining training program in Alstom University (AU & Me Training Catalogue) and Local Training database. As part of country university relation, incumbent will be required to have a good relation with selected universities in Indonesia and maintainingannual university programs database.

Requirements:
The successful candidate should have the following qualifications:
1. Minimum S1 degree in any major, with minimum3 years experience in related area
2. Having good knowledge in learning process, TNA and Competency Based T&D
3. Well experienced in organizing and delivering internal training including training evaluation arrangement and report.
4. Having skill in Training / Instructional Design Technology is an advantage
5. Good planning since the incumbent is required to deliver T&D plan on schedule; and having good relation with related parties.
6. Excellent in written and verbal communication skill both in Indonesia and English
7. Strong communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills
8. Computer literate (word processing, spread sheet, and database software programs)

Human Resources Manager

Key Responsibilities:

  • Experience min 5 years in Human Resources area. (Preferable experience in Coal Mining Industry);
  • Plan an annual HR programs and budget for Superior’s approval and ensure the effective programs and efficient use of the allocated budget;
  • Direct, coordinate, and monitor day-to-day HR programs and activities;
  • Develop HR policies & procedures and monitor its implementation to be finalized by Corporate Governance;
  • Evaluate and monitor the implementation of HR policies & procedures and conduct regular review and update;
  • Evaluate company’s competency which covered people development and career development management so as to be in line with overall company’s business strategy and objectives;
  • Coordinate with other departments in gathering information related to people performance, and ensuring that their needs and requirements for qualified people are met timely;
  • Develop and regularly review compensation and benefit programs for all employees through salary survey participation;
  • Plan and coordinate the training needs analysis of all employees to ensure that they have the ability and capability as required;
  • Build and maintain good relations with external parties (i.e. Government Institution, consultant, etc).

Specific Requirement:

  • Broad knowledge and best practices of Human Resources Management;
  • Strong knowledge on government regulation;
  • Good Presentation Skill;
  • Strong communication and human relations skills of English both verbal and written are must including articulate and persuasive in oral communication;
  • Good in Computer;
  • Willingly to travel project site.

  • Having good leadership and relationship skill, customer oriented, business acumen, good strategic and analytical thinking, able to perform under pressure, mature and independence in solving problem, and target result oriented.
