MAINTENANCE SUPERVISOR ( Based at Amurang, North Sulawesi)
Positions Purpose :
- Plant equipment/asset maintenance to increase reliability and performance efficiency, while minimizing unscheduled/unplanned breakdown / plant interruptions.
- Inventory management/ warehousing/ spare parts management: Ensure, establish and enable that inventory and spare parts are maintained at proper level, to minimize, if not eliminate, unwarranted downtime due to lack of parts.
- EHS: Execute and champion Cargill environment, health and safety procedures in maintenance department and plant operations
- Maintenance & Reliability: Design the Preventive Maintenance and Predictive Maintenance program, and champion the execution/implementation of the program
- Equipment specifications: Provides input to Plant Manager in reviewing existing specification and design criteria to fit best-known design/technology (provide inputs from history and experience).
REQUIREMENTS
1. Mechanical Engineering
2. Knowledge: Technical/engineering calculations and theories.
3. Willing to work at remote location
4. Good analysis and application
Knowledge “areas”:
- Mechanical equipment, especially related to copra crushing plant operations
- Engineering knowledge – unit operations and transport processes, machine elements, power plant, material property, fluid mechanics and thermodynamics
- Supervision and management
- Budget preparation
- Cost control
- Accounting / Management Reporting comprehension
- Local government relations: Understand the procedures related to customs and custom clearance, taxes and duties, critical equipments government regulation requirements.
