  Job Description:

 Roles

  • To direct and lead the daily operations of the assigned teams to deliver professional and quality telephone collection services.
  • To work closely with the Director of Strategic Operations and HR, IT and Finance departments to achieve the mission and objectives of the Company and its clients.

  Responsibilities:

  • To manage the tele-collection campaign teams so as to achieve the targets and Company objectives efficiently and effectively.
  • To design and implement strategies, policies, planning and management control systems to achieve the highest level of productivity and operational effectiveness.
  • To work with the Finance department to manage cost and deliver profitable results for the assigned campaigns.
  • To work with the HR department to find, engage, develop and retain a highly professional work force through providing clear directions, guidance, performance coaching and motivation programs supported by appropriate reward system and career development opportunities.
  • To proactively seek feedback from staff, share lessons learned and drive continuous improvements in service, operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
  • To provide timely campaign performance feedback & reports to Company management and clients.

Qualifications & Competencies Required

  • At least 5 years’ experience relevant tele-collection experience, of which 2 years should be in a managerial capacity.
  • Experience in banking, &/or insurance, &/or telecommunications verticals is an advantage
  • Diploma (D3) or degree (S1) holders in any discipline is preferred
  • Sound business acumen in leading a large pool of staff
  • Sales oriented and experienced in managing collection or sales personnel
  • Customer focused and bottom-line performance driven
  • Demonstrated leadership, excellent team building and interpersonal skills
  • Able to communicate effectively with people at all levels
  • Excellent analytical, problem solving, decision-making and negotiation skills
  • Operational productivity and quality management knowledge

Purpose of the Job:

Report to Finance & Accounting Director, responsible for cover all bank operation (banking facility management and relationship), cash flow management, managing cost, and forex exposure.
